Dr. Elizabeth MacDonald

Dr. Elizabeth MacDonald is passionate about helping her patients achieve their best vision, whether through eyeglasses, contact lenses, or specialty lenses. She takes great joy in educating her patients about their eye health, believing that understanding their options is essential for making informed choices that lead to a lifetime of clear vision.

Originally from Connecticut and raised in South Florida, Dr. MacDonald earned her undergraduate degree from Florida Atlantic University before graduating from Nova Southeastern University School of Optometry. She specializes in diagnosing and managing ocular diseases, evaluating contact lenses, and providing refractive surgery consultations. Additionally, she is certified to prescribe therapeutics and oral medications.

Now residing in Maitland with her husband, three children, and two dogs, Dr. MacDonald enjoys spending family time at local beaches and theme parks. You’ll often find her cheering on the sidelines at her kids' sports events.
